Door-to-door warranty with Massi

When buying Massi products, you are offered one of the most convenient guarantee system – door to warranty. A malfunctioning item will be taken from you by a delivery company, transported to an authorised manufacturer’s service point and afterwards send back to wherever you want it. 100% free transportation. Service can take up to 14 days. Receipt or invoice for the product is needed or the warranty is void.

How to use the door-to-door warranty?

When a product you buy is defected, please contact Massi helpline. State the id number from the receipt/invoice, a short description of the issue and an address for the delivery company to pick up the item. The item must be packed in a safe way, along with all its parts and accessories, warranty document and invoice or receipt. Please await the pickup at the appointed day and time.
